Product Description

 TBLM series Pulse Dust Collector, one of the most efficient dust collectors both home and abroad, is widely applied to collect dust under normal temperature. Pollution-free with no oil leakage, it is especially suitable for food and grain processing and medicine industry.


I. Product Features
1. A cylinder box body employed withstands strong force and battering.
2. Excellent fabrication process ensures low noise level
3. Centrifugal feeding ensures low equipment resistance and secondary de-dusting lowers filter bag load.
4. Low-pressure pulse adopted to clean the filter bag prolongs the service life of pulse valve diaphragm. There are generally 3 possible low-pressure air blowing sources to de-dust filter bags, namely:
1) SSR roots blower is used for central gas supply. If the distance between dust collector and air supply source is too long (more than 20 meters) and there is too much dispersion, grouped air supply is then recommended.
2) YBW oil-free vacuum pump is suitable for dispersed installation or when no fixed installation point is required. The pump selected should be Type 60A-80A , with a 2.2-3KW motor and working pressure of 50kPa.
3) When there is already high-pressure air source of 0.05-0.06MPa available, equipment like pressure reducing valves, oil-water separators, and gas containers should be added in the air path to ensure low-pressure air source for pulse interjection clean and dry.
